Distance: 1.56
Pace: 11:11 min/mile
Hahahaha! MAN, I’ve improved! It's such a great feeling. :)
OH, and this is also my 100th post. How cool is that? Happy September 8th!

Congrats on your Runningversary! Although, I wonder if it's easier to say Runnersversary. Either way, great job!
happy anniversary on both counts! i love looking back on my running log... there were days i'd run a HALF A MILE! haha. wooo what a workout.
