No run yesterday, and I felt AWFUL about it. Especially since my Friday night consisted of wine, pizza and some beer for good measure. And then minus the usual run...equals one guilty girl. :( But, I made up for it today with car washing and waxing, and a 4.5-miler. Plus, I plan on lifting weights in a bit. Tomorrow I really want to go at least 6 miles again, perhaps on a trail? Hmmm, now I must convince Trav to come with me. :)

  1. Remember, your body needs rest days. Your running will actually progress faster if you allow for this. I did 2.6 mi today. Really slow though, my knees have been sore lately.
